More confirmation from Intex.
They outright push people to buy at ebay sellers?
The linked article mentions 98 sold devices from seller "lowpriceshoppee".
And a copy from TJC, James answer to nodevel, at least one seller is propably legit.

*snip* It all might come down to a miscommunication in the end. But we are still unsure about one of the eBay sellers. If you are going to get yourself an Aqua Fish device, get it from the person with 98% feedback. That one is allegedly legit, as Intex has confirmed.

I guess Aquafish box is bigger.
