Hi! I started porting HomeBank to maemo: http://wiki.maemo.org/HomeBank_Maemo
HomeBank is a fast, simple and easy to use program to manage your accounts. It differs from gnucash for the better look and feel, and for the greatest start-up speed. It has a lot of features such as easy analysis with graphical charts (statistics, budget, overdrawn, car cost), multi-accounts support, budget management, reminder, import from OFX/QFX-CSV files, visual status of operations. It is based on GTK2.
Feel free to try/test it and report back! I'll try to fix outstanding issues! I'm using it right now and it works quite well.. there are only some dialogs that aren't fully hildonized.. i'll continue to work on this problem anytime i'll have time..
have a good day!
Luca

Neat, I'd thought about doing this one myself to see if it's any good.

Just installed 'successfully', but there's nothing turning up in my Extras menu or any other part of the menu

Update : Just did a reboot, and HomeBank appeared in the Extras menu

Installed HomeBank in N800, it seemed to go to 100% CPU Usage. Rebooted and works fine.
I have been trying to get gnucash recompiled with no luck so far. Thanks for getting this out.

Some Comments
Dialogs seems to need a scrollbar, otherwise some controls are not accessible
Full Screen mode would be helpful

Oh man, thanks for this app! Just in time, too, for us to keep track of all our investments...I'm hoping this is one 'bank' that won't fail

Hi all! Thank you for your feedback! I've just uploaded a new version, changes:
* fullscreen works on two windows
* add transaction now is displayed better on n800 screen
If you see/use/need another window/dialog better hildonized just tell me and i'll take a look!

I like to try homebank. After installing it, I found it would not import OPX files. The error message claim OPX files are a compile option that wasn't used. What am I missing?

It's OFX right? I don't know if it's the same.. i've never used it I'll try to add libofx as a dependency for the next version and ask you if you can test!
