Hi,

I get the following error:
sh: can't create /homer/user/getnokiadebs.sh: Permission denied

I used the the 'devel-su' command to gain root access.

Would appreciate any help!

Possibly (switched to open mode as soon as possible!).
Maybe after 'devel-su' followed a 'develsh'?

But why on earth you want to create a file on MyDocs (fat32) as root?
So maybe file system corruption (read only) on mmcblk0p1?

So far, has anyone worked a simple way to activate developer mode in those conditions?
The few times I activated developer-mode without an internet connection and due to a corrupt download once was to manually install the various developer-mode deb files from filebox/case. Simply clicking them at first didn't allow me to install the archives except busybox and one other package (forgot name). I then installed coderus' hack installer and installed the packages one by one (this worked everytime).

developer-mode does get activated this way. But, I couldn't deactivate it using the toggle switch in settings->security->developer mode.

There should be a better way than this for sure I guess.

I ran into a few permission problems using script with devel-su on N9. I posted above the steps thst worked for me. Are you creating the .sh file as root in /home/user? I don't think root has permission to do that. Maybe start creating script as user then give read and execute privilege for the file to root. Then devel-su and run it.

But do check what I did to make a root-writable output dir before running.

Thank you for that info.
Looks like archive.org once again saved our a**es! Yeehaw

Does it include the debs for Harmattan?

After having a look to the contents it is really only about fremantle.

Does anybody know how to trigger archive.org go do the same for Harmattan?
