your log seem indicated that your number was banned by WA server, ( else i don't know )
i had same issue with my old sim card and when i changing with another sim card, registration got accepted.
fortunately you can buy sim card, as much as you can here.

Guys, are you able to play videos recorded with Iphone on n900??
Registration couldn't be completed.
Couldn't connect to registration server (error 5)
