Via reply from Niels, the reason has been found:

He did does not have a token because his account is too new:
"2012-09-30 07:09:43"

Only accounts that are 3 months or older are allowed to vote.
The account creation time for the Maemo.org account is what's used, not the TMO account.

Well that blows, I thought that was overridden if you had high enough karma
Sure I had an older maemo acct, trying to get some feedback from reggie about that for 3wk+ now, so I created a new one in the meantime.

First of all, thanks to every one for participating in the process, specially to Woody, our fellow Council Chairman for the management of the process and X-Fade for setting it up.

I'm honoured to be elected as a member of the Board and I hope I could do my best for the sake of the community.

I just submitted my self-nomination to the mailing list,
http://lists.maemo.org/pipermail/mae...er/005678.html

We need one more candidate to create a 5-member council. It's still not too late. Come aboard!

Considering that we have now enough candidates for Council and that I have already been elected for Board, I suggest not to vote for me, but for any of the other candidates. This way we could have completely separate bodies for both Council and Board.
