My bad, because the comment was referred to ordinary devices. Didn't know there was such prototypes.

Not only that, I really don't understand why anyone would want to install retail firmware onto a prototype. Pre-release software is a significant part of what makes the prototype unique. Flashing retail firmware destroys that.

n950, you might as well throw the device in the bin while you're at it. If you want PR1.3, buy a retail device!

when i've gotten the device for the first time PR 1.3 was alreay installed. So i have re installed it.

Flashing is a destructive action, regardless what's already installed.

Besides, the fact that it already appears to have retail firmware is irrelevant. It certainly hasn't stopped you before from destroying pre-release software:
