Hi Folks

Is there anyone making any speech to text app where we can just dictate sms to the N900 etc

Or is it at all possible on n900

I would love something like this too but can't imagine it would be up to much on a MID.

I've seen it discussed before but haven't seen evidence of progress.

I would be happy with a text to speech too. Not like espeak. A dedicated one. Where you type and it says it. Not particularly useful but very fun.

VERY useful when reading books sometimes. Unfortunately, Linux hasn't been able to create good voices yet, in my experience. Except Kindles, which are based on Linux, which have decent text to speech.

Voice to SMS would be amazing ala vlingo, blackberrries and Android.
