Isn't this what rootsh does? Like EasyDebian?

Edit: I guess rootsh only runs other linux distros, doesn't it? The YouTube videos show something completely different. I'm interested.

Oh, YES! I would buy this immediately. (Of course only if it is distinct cheaper than a second N900 on eBay) - But 50€, okay, I guess 100€ would it be worth. At the moment you can get a N900 for development and testing for about 300€ at eBay. With luck for 250€...

There are tons of professional and very specific applications for Windows Mobile 2003 or better ,that would be great to use through a virtual machine.

I wouldn't expect this kind of virtualization to work with modern operating systems but old Windows Mobile releases or even Symbian support could be very useful.

I think you mean chroot, not rootsh, and yes, it's only for running other Linux distros.

But I guess we are unable to run Meego including the UI (UX 1.1) this way at Maemo 5?
