"Swipe down to close" is the DEFAULT behaviour in PR1.2. You can not remove it. Can you give more details on what you are trying to achieve and what is not working?

swiping left, right or up moves app to background... swiping down does nothing... =/

restarted the phone for te 87378238th time and now it seems to be oke? =/
