Hi friends, this is my first post, I need help installing the FM transmitter in my nokia n9, download from this page "fmrx_0.1.3_armel.deb" and "fm-carkit_0.4_armel.deb" but indicates required dependencies, and stops the installation.
Question: I download the dependencies needed to install the application? From this point, not how to proceed with the installation.

thanks, best regards!

From what I remember that fmrx*.deb file is used on the n9...The OP is attempting to install a fm rx app that was posted on here quite some while ago...

Can you point to the link you got the information to download the files so someone can help?

Edit: Ok i did a simple search and are you referring to javi's and gionni's implementation? As gionni has very clear instructions to download the .deb's from javi's repo, install them then download and install the QML fm radio app...

if you need fm radio why not to get app from Store?
if you need fm transmitter - forget. impossible. use search before starting threads.

If transmiter is there, and not conected to antenas, well it should be working anyway...it's just the meter of a developer and code...it should be able transmition in near distance to the receiver...because there is output pin from sound procesor i guess....

answer to topic question: dismantle the phone, solder antenna to transmitter pin in the motherboard (otherwise you can count signal range in micrometers, meaning you will never pick it up by using normal radios), and fix the software. Simple, cows can fly too :-)

That's what Bluetooth is for. Any car less than about 10 years old comes with it.
For an older car, get yourself one of these:
