Now that would be really worth investigating and should honestly be considered IMHO too.
Refraining duty is against any agreement or assignments and can not be tolerated in a community like this.

I think so too.
Things on the agenda have to get taken care of now.
Does it exactly have to be a live meeting or can that be done offline? Like phrasing up the most pressing things in a question and agree/disagree within a limit of let's say 3 days? - Sounds doable, no?

ATM it's not about the small things.
All of communitys' and councils' main efforts and decisions like BoD elections, council-unification(see Referendum) and bank/paypal account issues were meaningless if our dear BoD simply does not agree.
No meeting - no BoD elections. How ya like me now?

Don't bet too hard on that, being capable does not mean willing to be... For everybody interested in joergs' daily tasks check in at #maemo on IRC and be surprised what an odd job it actually is.

Rob actually offered a window of 5 hours on Thursday between 9am-2pm (within next week) and Jim further diminished that time window to begin at 12:30 that day at best. Both seems not much of an honest offer, does it?

Seems I'm late... voice calls... why not if a record can be provided, so it can be made public.
