Well done Elop.
Didn't Nokia decide to stop selling Vertu in Japan way back in 2008?

As much as I don't like the guy, Vertu has been in decline since before Elop.

Even, If it was in decline, he's selling each and every segment of Nokia, piece by piece. If that's a way to lead and improve a company, job well done.

I just can't grasp why in the hell didn't they teach us such methods of leadership in school.

did they teach you to tell your customers that your products are outdated, do not stand up to the competition any more and can not be developed further?
did they tell you to expect a bonus after that?

m$ hardly cares about NOKIA any more.
they hoped that NOKIA devices would smuggle m$ phone crap into peoples pockets, unnoticed...

o, it's a NOKIA, it's going to be okay; and they support their phones for ever, right?
with his burning hara-kiri and every fart since Flop destroyed any chance of that happening
because he annihilated the company :'(
like any company he ever was manager of before, except m$ where they kicked him out on the 1st occasion
which, alas, was NOKIA

If the msemo/meego team had done an outstanding job (as they should) Nokia wouldn't be in this current situation.

And now one care if nokia is selling out everything probadly because they will be sold to US companys anyway. people/investors in EU doesn't see or even care what is going on. Because of the crisis in EU.

Or else they are stupid nokia fanboys and blind fools and still beleive nokia can succes by selling out everything and close all factorys...

when Flop announced N9 he let out another one of his Farts... the last MeeGo device... ever
no matter how good N9 is / was, after such a "sales job" it's a miracle they sold any
independently of the fact that many markets simply didn't get it

of course, they had to keep the assembly lines free for the innumerable L* devices there were going to sell >¦-))))))))))))

Yea yea yea, specc = troll, specc = stupid, specc is this, specc is that. What is this place? a kindergarten?

Symbian, the same thing. If Nokia had managed to create a competitive Symbian, they would have no problems. Nokia did one huge mistake. They should have hired first class software architects and programmers to fix Symbian OR maemo from the ground up. They didn't. What they did was to use qt as a makeup. But you know, pigs and lipstick....
