Are any of you able to successfully buy paid apps from ovi store?

I have not been able to buy anything for quite some time.

p.s. it seems some Brazilian n9 users are also not able to buy anything from ovi store.

I have already tried the following:
1. Used multiple different credit cards.
2. Removed and re-add all credit cards.
3. Flashed the device.

Same cards can be used successfully on my 808 Pureview.
