i use an external charger to charge my batteries.

I want to ask too, what is the correct procedure to uninstall nitdroid in EMMC. I ever delete wrongly, so I reflashed.

I found that there are some Maemo file inside /and..

OP... A reflash is required. send it to nokia care to get your port repaired.

I'd like to point out that these are the dangers of putting nitdroid on your N900's EMMC. If you aren't x-terminal savvy i.e you miss cd'ing to folders, then the safer way is to put it on an SD card.
Yes mistakes can still happen, and yes the EMMC s quicker and uses less battery, but with the SD card version you can use the uninstaller and save yourself these headaches.
