Only the NITDroid server is down at the moment as it is moving to another server. Oh, and megaupload, but that has been closed due to all the copyright material that was on there.

Hello,
FYI (feel free to use it as well):
I had the same problem - managed to make the nitdroid.manifest and used the files posted before (in dropbox) - all mirrored here http://nitdroid.dft-labs.eu/. So I've added :
80.87.128.179 downloads.nitdroid.com
and it installed fine (but hangs on the animated ANDROID logo at the moment?).
