Hi, I've updated my device to PR1.2 with nokia software updater.

Before updating it, I faced this problem:

1. Unable to update OTA, when device searches for updates, it will continue searching it for a day if I leave it there, it will not show 'device up to date' like usual.

And after I updated my device, I face these problems:

1. When device searches for updates, it still continue searching it like what happened before updating.
2. When I enable developer mode, it searches for software to install, but it never install, I couldn't enable developer mode at all.

I noticed that when I enable developer mode, my device searches for update, then I couldn't download anything from OVI stall.

Is there a solution for it?

go into terminal
devel-su
password: rootme
rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

that should let you update and also download from ovi store.

Have you tried reflashing your N9 with your firmware?

a) make sure that you have internet connection, try with wifi and try without wifi ie. with 2/3g.

or

b) grab the deb files from internet into your mass storage disk and install developer mode locally. And afterwards clean the sources lists and lock files.

or

c) reflash to PR1.2 and append --erase-user-data=secure to flasher command

or

d) try to restore factory defaults

My phone becomes normal after a few days later.
Now my phone could not reboot, its always at the NOKIA screen during boot. And the flasher I downloaded is only 18kb, I couldn't install it.

If flasher won't install download it again and make sure it isn't corrupted, the flasher is pretty small but not that small.

I have a problem with downloading from Ovi recently. When I click the buy/download button it doesn't respond, it doesn't proceed any further. I have the same problem with the music store as well. When I click buy I get a message "Unable to download". Can someone help me here?, thanks
