Within Extended Call Log? All it shows on a call is time of call, name and number, account. No timers. The info window inside Phone app last calls is even worse.
I can think of one "approximate" workaround, though... using Recaller to record conversations, and then "reverse engineering" the duration based on the filename of the call. But that's a lengthy procedure.
As for the cumulative timers, I found them in the Phone app.

"VN Call History" is the right app for you. Should be available in App Manager or Faster Application Manager.
