Hi guys,

Just worked up a sweat installing the new Ovi Suite 2.2.1.23 and guess what? It's fully compatible with N900. Only slight downside is OviMaps is still not on the horizon.Syncing is fine and done quite quickly..

Any comments or need help? Msg Me.

I'm using Ovi Suite with my N900 since bought it and sync, maps etc were working fine. With PR1.3 messages also works, so what is new in this version regarding N900.

Might be old news, but messaging still doesn't work with mine. In fact the sync messages options are all greyed out. I have version 2.2.123 installed.

Messaging works both with Ovi Suite and latest PC Suite.

Does anyone know if you can sync in one direction only with Ovi? I want to sync from N900 to PC only.

The day Nokia decided to drop PC Suite for OVI Suite was a very sad day. I have used PC Suite for many years, but now when I try the functionality of the OVI Suite i am amazed that this thing is the Nokia future.

1. Conflict resolution is totally useless.
2. Advanced options is nowhere.
3. Nagging for Nokia login. wtf
3. Play with it if you don't mind cleaning up a mess (if you did not do a backup of contact and calendar in MS Outlook before you started).

Conclution: OVI SUite for Nokia N900 is a huge mistake from Nokia.

Lets hope its ONLY N900 that have this, regarding OVI Suite.

Can you sync messages in both directions? I have a lot of messages from my previous phone in OviSuite and I can sync them from N900 to PC only.
