Holding down the u key is a trigger for the device, telling it to enter the proper USB mode, regardless of whether it is Windows or Linux.
A better question for nokiahui is:
Are you using Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?
and it still not running at all,, so i checked on device manager
there is problem with the USB port. i had the name of this error .
it's "nokia bb5 adl loader usb phone parent" that is missing..
so that's the point why my n900 didnt flashing at all...
anyone knows?
