If it runs... does it matter? 
As long as you have a good way to run it.. try whatever you want.. take off Run as Root.. see if it works.. if not put it back on.. you can even try the rootsh ones again with the right path and i bet they work without the run as root option set..
But ultimately if it's working.. who cares?

Perhaps the easiest way is to install kmplayer and Wordltv99 playlist
(which has FOX channels).
how to install kmplayer:

how to install Worldtv99 Internet TV playlist for kmplayer:
http://maemo.org/downloads/product/OS2008/worldtv99/
(or use your application manager)

Thanks, but I really meant FOX News Channel on my Sirius Satellite Radio stream.
So, I don't need Personal Launcher, huh? Just Personal Menu, right?
I didn't check off Run as Root and it runs. Is that normal? Thank you so much!!!
