Don't flash the emmc, you will lose data (photos etc) and the affected file isn't there anyway.

If you used the backup application it doesn't backup your eMMC, the eMMC holds all your stuff (music, photos, videos etc..), it's MyDocs (or Nokia N900 in filemanager), /opt is on it as well

A normal firmware flash should fix it.

Try a normal firmware flash first.
/usr is on the 256MB NAND whcih doesn't have to do with the eMMC

I'd stay away from NSU whenever possible, use flasher-3.5.
Get the firmware image from tablets-dev.nokia.com, download the 3-2010 image for your device and flash it.
To save time answering more questions, turn off the device, wait 10 seconds till it's really off (display's off), if it keeps rebooting pull out the battery and put it back in, slide open the keyboard, hold U, then while holding U insert the USB cable till it vibrates and displays the USB icon at the top.
When using flasher type flasher-3.5 -F <FULL PATH TO FIASCO IMAGE> -f -R
If you don't know the full path put it in the same folder shown in CMD:
C:\Program Files\maemo\flasher-3.5
