Did you flash with only the fiasco (combined) firmware or did you also flash the eMMC as well?

I am guessing when you hit the capture button (which is the camera button) you device should have shown a banner on the screen. Potentially about the device is probably either full or memory card unreadable.

Have you installed CSSU? If not then check `mount' without X Terminal to see if MyDocs is mounted as read only.

when i had this problem, it was the microsd card. i just set the camera to use the internal storage area. after a while, i removed the microsd, the battery, put'em all together again, and it works also for the microsd storage.

plug it into windows and check your space on the card.
It could be full? delete some files and try again?

With the camera cover closed, in XTerm type
Code:
lshal -m
Press the camera focus button halfway and you should see something like this
Code:
platform_cam_focus property button.state.value = true
platform_cam_focus condition ButtonPressed = activity
Release it
Code:
platform_cam_focus property button.state.value = false
platform_cam_focus condition ButtonPressed = activity

Press it fully and you should see this
Code:
platform_cam_launch property button.state.value = true
platform_cam_launch condition ButtonPressed = activity
Release it
Code:
platform_cam_launch property button.state.value = false
platform_cam_launch condition ButtonPressed = activity
If you don't then your hardware button is dead.
