If it's a phone number type it into whocallsme.com, see if anything comes back.

Although you might not be supposed to see this pop up in your outgoing calls list, it's nothing to worry about. Telepathy is a framework used for several voip and im services like skype for example. Read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telepathy_(software) if you want to learn more about it.
