when i tried to flashed N9 it not flasher

If you plug in your phone as mass storage to your pc does it get detected? It looks like since your mmc partition is not being able to be mounted flashing is failing.

Looks like that your partition tables are messed up, I would use ubiboot and sfdisk or similar tools to recreate stock partition tables.

Would like to see you fully charge battery before trying anything further. What result do you get with "flasher -f -F main.bin -F emmc.bin --no-preserve -R" (no quotes of course)?

My gut feeling says this error is a sign of bad emmc hence the phone is unusable...

As already told a hundred times here on TMO.
Or it is just a broken firmware download. Go and re-download
DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.21-3.239.4.4_PR_239
or just check the MD5SUM of download and original version.

Where did you download it from? The site should also provide the md5sum. That is the easiest thing to check.
And if that is not the cause then I am afraid thedead1440 is right.
