I changed some USE-flags today in my gentoo-installation and, to my surprise, found the following option to select:

( ) maemo6: Local flag: Compile with maemo6 plugin (net-wireless/bluez)
Seems there's something in bluez known as the "Maemo 6 plugin"; I didn't really care what it really is because I guess it will not turn my desktop PC in a full-fledged Harmattan phone.... but I found it really funny to have "Maemo 6" as a configuration option on my desktop now.

What a completely misleading and inaccurate title. It is just an option to --enable-maemo6 in bluez configuration, which has nothing to do with gentoo in particular, and which has been there for several months.

btw gentoo rules
