There is currently no support for languages other than English but I can add the support if I get a translation

My translation is almost ready. I have only one phrase left, which is subject to issue #50.
If someone wants to translate to their native language, I can only say: translating with QtLinguist is a breeze.

MSameer,
Basically Harmattan icons are all in a characteristic shape and the whole launcher looks really nice if all launcher icons adhere to it.
Cameraplus has a really nice icon but it doesn't adhere to the shape. But I think I have an idea. There's an svg template for the icon available. [1] We could shrink the main icon a little and put it onto the template. If we want to, we can change the background a little, get rid of the gradient, etc, etc.
Who designed the new icon for you?

I am honestly happy with the icon but I am fine changing it if it annoys you!

there was a so-called 'MeeGo Launcher Creation Kit' which was developed by Nokia back in 2011 for programmers.
