With friday's announcement cowardly Nokia just made my CV obsolete ( I now have to make drastic carrier changes FAST ) and stabbed in the back the open source community.
I think therefore there are lots of developers who would really like to play the following game: Angry Devs, same like Angry Birds only it shoots QT cannon balls onto pigs (the pigs can be anything ....ideas welcome)

And hopefully this would become the most downloaded game for Nokia devices (Symbian, Maemo/Meego)

If you like this idea please vote for it and maybe some dev would implement it: let's make it the last QT app for Nokia !

Or maybe it's time to resurrect Xbill, only with phones instead of workstations and Steve (either one, or both) instead of Bill?

WTG dude. that's a genius idea, and if you just make it outrageous and interesting enough, it'll surely piggyback on angry birds' popularity and get some free publicities. But u gotta strike while the iron is hot!!

Ideas:

- make the theme modular so they can be crowdsourced. This way you can let someone else create the 'evil' assets

- if things don't work out for the first time, i have an idea for the sequel: Hungry Devs

The pigs could stay on a burning platform (that one of the pigs set on fire) that will fall down in the icy waters in a limited amount of time

As a bonus level you can rescue developers from a burning platform via helipcopter by airlifting them to safety (google hq).

Just like the occasional UFO in space invaders, Steve Jobs will fly past the sky in his iAirplane from time to time and you can take a crapshoot at him for a sizable bonus.

You could have Steve Ballmer coming by in a motorboat as an end of level guardian, and as he gets near the platform you have to sink the b*****d before he pees on the fire to put it out.

And for the motorboat engine sfx you could have the famous “Developers developers developers........” chant.
