The Elisa Viihde (entertainment) is a finnish DVB recording service and all the data in the service is in finnish. This app is targeted for finnish users. Therefore I don't see the point for english translation.

This app is totally different from Flowplayer in fact it is not a player at all. It is an app for managing DVB recordings.

Even after changing language and region to finnish it is not downloadable from Estonia.

There might also be some other restrictions that I am not aware of.

IMO should be downloadable in Estonia. You guys understand finnish better than other nordic countries.

On Elisa web page it says thst you can watch the recordings using kmplayer. How exactly is this done?

Hi,

your are welcome. There is a pending update in Nokia Store. So once version 1.0.1 is published you will be able to watch your recordings using Mplayer + KMPlayer.

You can find download links to the players in the goViihde site.

Once you have the updated version 1.0.1 of goViihde and Mplayer + KMPlayer installed goViihde will let you stream your recordings. You will see a play button in the details of the saved recording. If you do not have the players installed then you will not see the play button.

If you like the app please share your reviews in the Nokia store.

Thanks koos. I will surely test it as soon as possible.
What fixes did you do? Currently it is working fine. Minor bugs with KMplayer in the seekbar. Also some glitch in Mplayer when playing ts -stream with subtitle. But that can also be the way the subtitle is done in the stream.

koos, the new build of Mplayer is working fine. Now even the volume buttons work like they should. Thank you.

Any change of fixing the seek functionality in KMplayer? When pressing fast forward or rewind playback is stopped. This happens when playing ts -stream. Haven't tested with other types yet.

Uhm .. volume keys? The only thing changed recently is that kmplayer keeps monitoring the volume keys when the screen is blanked. But that's an audio issue.
Maybe a fix in mplayer, dunno.

Just tried the DolbySoundscapes and NokiaPure files, those seem to work.
Does seeking work on a linux destop distro using mplayer?
Btw kmplayer remembers a file position when pressing the stop button. Tapping the file again should start at that position, does that work?
