Is it automatic time update working for you? For me it is not. On my previous S60 phone it was fine with the same carrier.
And is it NTP or GSM network adjustable?

I pretty much prefer to ignore the carriers. Any way to get some NTP support for the N900?

I believe there's a package in the Extras-Testing repository (standard warnings for using software from these repo's apply) called 'OpenNTPD' if that's what you're looking for...
It should let you sync to whatever NTP server you want, for as far as I know

For me not working in MTel Bulgaria network.
Installed OpenNTPD - works OK for now.

not working for me in italy with vodafone... is there a way to trigger the update manually and see some debug messages?

Interesting... My time setting is set to 'Not Upate Automatically' but when the clocks chaged last weekend the time was automatically updated... not what I was expecting.

Many be the setting is back to front!

I think this setting is about updating from network (and/or possibly gps)-supplied timestamps, not DST.
