is there a wav to mp3 convertor for the n900 only thing i can find that comes close is pymp which uses the lame decoder for youtube vids.
sorry if this has been mentioned before as ihave searched and found nothing about convertors.

do you really want to convert wav files on N900 or from pc? If so, which os do you use on your pc?

ffmpeg can be used i suppose

cheers i use windows xp on my pc but i can't use it @ the mo due to spinal surgery, so @ present i'm doing everything from my n900. i needed to email an audio file but it was too large as a wav file. i've since installed recaller that allows you to save as .aac which now allows me to email new files but i'm still stuck with the originally saved file as a .wav, did that make sense the medication is very strong lol
