Hello,
I have a big issue with my network connection after the PR1.3 update.
My N900 disconnect the network connection a few times in a minute. I’ve just reflashed it at the weekend over ovi. Today in the morning it begins again to disconnect the whole mobile network.
Does anyone have an idea to fix it? Is it a bug in the firmware? Or is my N900 broken? Before the PR1.3 update it worked perfectly.
A N900 without a network connection is very useless!

I’ve just put my sim in another Nokia device (6021) and there are no connection issues so I think that my sim is ok.
The N900 works before the update well but after it makes these problems.
I don’t know how old it is but it’s new enough to support umts.

Hi DonPIZI

what is your operator / which country. Have you checked you settings manually?

Hi, I'm using O2 in Germany. The connection settings seems to be ok and I don't have fmms installed.

Is your WLAN connection working ok? have you checked Bugzilla about similar problems? Have you tried to re-flash your device?

No I don't checked Bugzilla, can you tell me the link?

I don't found a simmilar bug like my issue.
just https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9238 but I don't have a low signal and https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9746 sounds good but a reboot don't help.
Any ideas?

I would try N900 with other operators SIM. If then not working file a bug to Bugzilla -> Connectivity. They will ask for logs so you will need to provide icd2 logs (http://wiki.maemo.org/Bugs:Stock_answers#ICD) and info about your SIM at least.
