nano /home/user/.config/user-dirs.dirs
and also, screenshot of ls -al /home/user/.config/

perfect you've found the problem...

delete the .png files, .deb files, .raw files, .mp3 files...

del that png and do tracker-control -r and check gallery

your user-dirs.dirs file is corrupted...either use wook's file to replace yours or using nano make the following changes:

the Download line should read: "$HOME/MyDocs/Downloads"
Documents line: "$HOME/MyDocs/Documents"
Music line: "$HOME/MyDocs/Music"
Pictures line: "$HOME/MyDocs/Pictures"
Videos line: "$HOME/MyDocs/Videos"

the files to be deleted are from /home/user/

user terminal or filebox to delete them...
