The package cannot be found in your store repository. I suspect some issue with your Jolla account on the store server. You should contact Jolla Care about it, because somebody might have to fix the account manually in the database.
Alternatively, you can try to create a new Jolla account.

Yep, the account was the problem. I created a new account and now it seems to be working.

Had an similar issue before, solved by logging in with the jolla account username rather than the email address
