Dividends are usually so low compared to stock price, that they don't make much difference.

Unless, of course, you can afford to buy a huge amounts of stock, or you plan to keep it for long term (20+ years).

If any Nokia employee can confirm that "mass-manager" layoffs have occurred, this could be a good time.

If we still have the same clueless mid to high level SOFTWARE management making the same stupid decisions with a low bar for quality software then its just not going to change....
