I had a plugin installed for changing the useragent, with the useragent changed I cant use the Ovi store.

Now, I cant change the useragent back, when I click Uninstall on the addons, it doesnt uninstall it. If I comment out the useragentswitcher sections in the prefs.js, they just get reverted back when I open the browser again, same if I edit the useragent line in prefs.js.

Is there any way to get rid of the plugin or reset the browser?

You should be able to blow away ~/.mozilla/microb and have it re-generate stock settings upon next spawn.
