I read the manual but I can not seem to find a way to change out the default applications and put in applications that I use more frequently. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.
By the way, I am a new guy to this so please be gentle.

No, but don't be sad : there isn't one for Windows either. So Mac users are treated fairly for a change :-)

allows you to place the Contacts above the Web icon!! woo hoo - exciting huh!
but at least you can organize all the other menus under the Applications menu
