You can't rotate wallpapers , they are 480x800 , phone is not able to trim and make them 800x480 , is neither possible . I don't even seen a phone that does this .

Hey. In first big thanks for a great work! But when i want to turn on a menu blur in CSSU Tuner, it's not work.. why? I want to change an "App menu blur" on 10 and the "Parralax" on 1.9.

For portrait mode wallpapers:

You'll best be using a version of the wallpaper rotated about 90 degrees anti-clockwise. You can use a PC to do it or you can use N900's Photos for it.

Next, you will need to set the wallpaper while the desktop is in portrait mode and is in Desktop Edit mode, and by using the preferences from it. If you use the built-in Photos app it will set the wallpaper for your landscape mode instead.

Also, make sure you already enabled the option to set separate wallpapers for the portrait mode desktop:

Code:
gconftool-2 --set /apps/osso/hildon-desktop/portrait_wallpaper -t bool true

I have a problem while doing this...
the portrait-mode wallpapers have been separated successfully
but now while in portrait I only get blank/black wallpaper.
When I go ahead to change it in Desktop-edit mode...the portrait
wallpaper remains blank/black, and if I rotate back to landscape..
the new wallpaper has been applied there.

A little help please.

Edit: Works flawlessly, after rebooting the phone a couple times .
