Just install python2.5-qt4-doc from the application manager. If you don't see it, make sure you have extras-testing enabled and up to date. If you have not used extras-testing, wait a few days until the QA is over and it will appear in the application manager on it's own

Is there any way to install it on Diablo? There's no extras-testing for Diablo and with extras-devel I get complains about missing pymaemo-optify or maemo-version-dev:

Code:
Nokia-N810-23-14:~# apt-get install python2.5-qt4-common
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
python2.5-qt4-common: Depends: pymaemo-optify but it is not installable or
maemo-version-dev (< 5.0) but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

Interesting, what does it say why is maemo-version-dev not installable (it does work on my N810) ?

When I try to install aarddict which depends on python2.5-qt4-* packages Application Manager says "Application packages missing: pymaemo-optify | maemo-version-dev", and indeed they don't seem to be in extras-devel's list of packages.

Yes, maemo-version-dev is a system package, it is not in extras-devel, that's why I'm puzzled it's not found.

I want to install the game "cutesquare" from extras-devel which has a dependency to python2.5-qt4-opengl but the installation fails because of

python2.5-qt4-opengl: Depends: python2.5-qt4-core (= 4.7) but 4.7-maemo3 is to be installed

What is wrong and how can I solve it?

Yes, for some reason the autobuilder did not build the opengl (sub)package even though it builds just fine in my SDK. Looking into it.

I installed the pyqtdoc package, but quite a lot of the demos say there is no documentation, have you got qt documentation built.

The error seems to be related to qt assistant. How do I get that installed on N900.

The documentation in question the app is referring to is the Qt documentation, which is not available in the Nokia repos (hence the error message) and even if it would, I would probably not depend/install it by default as it's huge (about 200mb when extracted).

I have in in app manager on the N810 (Diablo) but it says it can't install because of a missing dependency on pymaemo-optify...

Went just fine on N900 though.
