Completely random thought, anyone else wonder where the codename "Harmattan" came from? Naming a release after "a dry, dusty easterly or northeasterly wind on the West African coast" is certainly interesting. Haha

Soyuz: Mysterious unreleased device, possibly slightly improved N770 made obsolete by N800
Gagarin: Codename for N800 (also RX-34).

kinda like...
manticore, griffin, cameleopard, kelpie, unicorn, etc.
I swear it evokes something ...curiosity?...investigation?...adventure?
Almost a mythological bestiary unto itself...
or perhaps a road-map to uncharted places...tir-na-noog...lyonesse..

There was also the doomed meltemi os, not on the same track as meego, but met with the same fate.
Other device codenames for the meego track were Columbus and Dali for the n950 types, Lankku for the n9, and the really sexy Lauta (see image), Soiro and Senna.
