nesrazz posting in 4 different topics about the same thing is not going to get you help any faster. and may even stop people helping due to being very annoying. i have replied in the main nitdroid thread but im tempted to delete post now since you obviously are not readin topics and jus posting for the annoyance of it.

the phonet protocol stack is not open source nor is the interface to the cell modem, (quite a bit of maemo is actually closed source)

I thought the ofono project in Meego was suppose to remedy that?

yup which is why we have data support in nitdroid now due to a partial port of ofono thats being further worked on
