In X Terminal type:

tracker-processes --hard-reset or tracker-processes -r
then /etc/osso-af-init/tracker.sh will restart the daemon

this should reset the tracker and get it to rescan for new media

Try to remove all the databases and kill the tracker process with
Code:
tracker-processes -r
The database will get rebuild in something like 10 minutes.
If this is not really helping please post the output of
Code:
mount
to see the mount status of your partitions
Code:
df
to see the storage status. Please also show, if rootsh is installed also
Code:
sudo gainroot
sfdisk -l
to see if the partitioning of the device is healthy.
