I've never used android device so it might be that I shall return to Maemo when (if) Meego comes out. I'm sure I'm gonna miss the HW keyboard since the new device (HTC Sensation) doesn't have one. Other thing I'm gonna miss is the community.

Enjoy Android. Too many things missing in it, hardware and software, for me to make the change and i must say i agree with Elie that the best thing is probably to wait for Ice Cream Sandwich, but hopefully it's the right decision for you.
