No, since BlackBerry devices were never available in Finland. I suppose I have glimpsed one of those sometimes when travelling but cannot really be sure.

There's nothing really to question. That's the way they designed the Priv when they decided to sell it. Just like the Dell Venue.

Want some lucid reason, ask BlackBerry. Want speculation, continue to ask whilst here.

It still stands that someone else will also have to design the hardware keyboard phone, in addition to manufacturing it. Chen is simply saying that they would love to continue to make phones with hardware keyboards, not that they actually will.

I think the average hardcore BlackBerry fan likes the (or any) hardware keyboard more than anything else first - if they've stayed loyal that is. Which is probably why they're at less than 5% (give or take, I can't be arsed to find the accurate amount of their sales presence) of the world's cellphone sales.

I am sure you are familiar with the concept of rhetorical question.

Quite. However I am used to convergent questioning that's employed here as well. To that, there's no definitive answer that does not include speculation.

They will keep making the stuff both Keyboard and touch but it will likely be Android based. Also more of there stuff will be lower end and budget, with fewer flagships released per year. They probably will only have one per year, which is probably fine. The rumored Blackberry Mercury has a keyboard and looks pretty decent.
