another way to get your device repaired by nokia is get a magzine of My Mobile I hope you know that,inside that there is a special column for complaints just email them your complaint,they themself will talk to the higher authorities nd u r device will get repaired...believe me its the best way

its better u mail them with ur job card number
firstly they said that camera will work. its only the sd card slot is broken.
but when i checked the camera. it was also not working. they are putting the blame on me.
guyz help me. are the sd card slot and the camera interconnected?
i've installed nitdroid on sd card. n they said it was broken.
will they replace my cell. what steps should i take now.
i am planning to go to the police if they don't repair my phone.
