Long hold is meant to keep the focus button half pressed for more than 2seconds, not to fully press it otherwise camera app starts. Check again holding it half pressed

awww, i got it. should've read closely regarding the settings. thanks
i have a problem, in Shotcut D, i have configred focus button as back, and long hold as dashboard, but everytime i do the long hold for dashboard, the camera UI opened and reads "Open lens cover" message. is there anyway to disable the camera UI when shutter is pressed?
