open /home/user/.config/user-dirs.dirs and fix the paths in there...
use nano in terminal...so for example Downloads should be referred to $HOME/MyDocs/Downloads/

many apps in my phone, they save file to //home/user,not save to the path they setting.
how to solve the problem
