I doubt it because:
- you need to have the headset plugged in to use FM radio
- FM radio is not an out-of-the-box feature, but an external application
- AFAIK, only audio files are allowed in the alarm tone settings

The headset lead acts as an aerial so it needs to be attached. The FM radio application allows speaker output, however you still need the headset attached to receive.

just alarm clock with mp3 alarm or radio is possible ?
