Just to be sure, you aren't attempting to take screenshots while your N900 is connected in mass storage mode to a computer, are you?

It came up with a message after my zillionth try and took me through creating a folder to host the images.
I have images stored in that folder now.

I found with the load applet app that if you touch where the battery/clock etc is, under all the info ( Clock/Profile/Internet Connection/Bluetooth) are two new icons. 1 video and 1 camera. Press the camera button and then you get the "You have 20s to...".
I found this by accident when looking for the loadapplet app that I had installed. I personally think this is quicker that Ctrl Shift P!
Images are stored in Photos automatically

I know this is an old reply, but I do think this key combination is not that easy to do... the keyboard is meant to be a thumbboard!

Just to tell you my for my fingers its impossible to hit those 3 buttons at the same time :-)
So its not that easy after all, or better for all :-)

Thumb off left hand on SHIFT
Indexfinger of right hand on Strg
Little finger of right hand on P
