I have a small problem. When i load scratchbox in the terminal i receive this error.

Code:
Host kernel has port range under 10000.
This causes problems with fakeroot.
You can fix this eg. by running:
  echo "1024 65000" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_local_port_range
it all works great after i run that command but i am no longer able to access the internet. Apparently i am not a good with Linux as i would like like to believe. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
