Can someone point me to a newbie style howto for reflashing the N800 please?

I tried setting up dual boot as Schmot's most excellent blog http://schmots.blogspot.com/ describes, and ended up blowing up BOTH of my MMCs. I'm pretty sure I screwed up the way they are mounted somehow, but the more I fool around with it the worse it gets. So I thought that starting out fresh and setting up dual boot would leave me with a fallback of a pristine system.

Yes, Thank you. I had seen that before, but couldn't remember where.

Update on my MMC cards. I was able to get them to show back up with a remove the battery reset. For some reason shutting down with the button didn't get the cards to re-mount, and when I tried to remount them manually I got an error about some file not being found.

So I continued with the dual boot process, and finished the HowTo. I can get Marvin to boot from flash just fine, but when I boot from the MMC, he will get as far as the gas gauge going across the screen and hang there. In order to get him to reboot so I can select flash again, I have to take out his battery. I ran a chkdisk on the MMC like the Blog says, and it reported and corrected some errors, but still no joy in Muddville.
